Midlife Discussion Group (aka Your Monthly Exhale)

  • Karen Cator Counselling Services 1095 McKenzie Avenue Victoria, BC, V8P 2L5 Canada (map)

A warm, welcoming circle for midlife women navigating life’s transitions together. This supportive group offers a safe, judgment-free space to explore meaningful topics like grief, adult children, loneliness, depression, and rediscovering a sense of self. This small group venue allows for deeper, open conversation and shared experiences.

Each month will feature a different topic related to midlife transitions and the experiences that often accompany them. I’ll send out the monthly theme in advance, and you can decide whether that particular conversation feels relevant or meaningful to you.

There’s no ongoing commitment — registration is month-to-month, allowing you to join the discussions that resonate most.

On May 27th, we will explore the different types of grief that can underpin life transitions in the middle years — a rich and often overlooked lens for understanding where we are now.

Held on the last Wednesday evening of the month. Beginning May 27, 2026. $45.00 for 1.5 hours of small-group learning and discussion.

To register: email karencator@icloud.com
